West County Health Centers operates two health centers in the 10th Assembly District CA, the Sebastopol Community Health Center and the Gravenstein Community Health Center.
West County Health Centers Board Members Kathleen Sheridan and Jennifer Nichols accept a Gold Resolution from the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors for the 40th Anniversary of the Occidental Area Health Center with WCHC Staff Shannon Shaffer-Killey and Jennifer Neeley It is with great pride that we celebrate forty years of providing comprehensive, quality, and accessible health care services to the communities of western Sonoma county, beginning at the Russian River Health Center in 1976. It is a great honor to care for our communities and provide a trusted “medical home” for thousands of people in western Sonoma County, including the most vulnerable and under-served. Our 40th Anniversary celebration will acknowledge our past successes and celebrating our bright future as we honor our patients, staff, volunteers, and supporters for National Health Centers Week.
