The Human Race
Join the West County Health Centers Team for the HUMAN RACE!
On Saturday, May 4, 2019, West County Health Centers will participate in the Sonoma County Human Race. We are asking our friends, families, neighbors, patients and colleagues to sponsor us in this effort by giving $10, $20, $50 or whatever you can to help. As a private non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center, we depend on your help to assure that the ability to pay will not restrict patients access to medical, dental, and behavioral health care services. Please help strengthen the vision of healthy communities building relationships and partnerships that support health and wellbeing for all people.
The Human Race is a nationwide community fundraising event for nonprofit organizations and is the largest collaborative fundraising event in Sonoma County! It has been one of the most successful fundraisers for local nonprofits for over 35 years and raised nearly $450,000 for local charities in 2018. We are excited to participate in the race this spring for the 12th year in a row and the funds we raise will support patient care for low income and uninsured patients at West County Health Centers. West County Health Centers operates eight sites including the Occidental Area Health Center, Russian River Health Center, Sebastopol Community Health Center, Gravenstein Community Health Center, Homeless Healthcare Services, WCHC Dental Clinic, Forestville Wellness Center, and the Forestville Teen Clinic. www.wchealth.org
All donations are tax deductible. Help make a difference in our community by donating $5 to $50 (or whatever you can). Please feel free to send a link to our page if you know anyone who would be interested in making a donation. https://humanracenow.org//Participation/Wchealth#/
