West Sonoma County School Districts and West County Health Centers have partnered together to offer the Pfizer vaccine for anyone ages 5 and up. This vaccine clinic is for anyone in the community who needs a first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine (we will not be administering booster shots). We will have gift cards, treats, and raffle prizes for student participants!

Appointments are available by clicking here: Note: Making an appointment is highly recommended to reduce your wait time, but walk-ins will be accepted. If registering more than one child, you will need to register each child individually. The Group/Family option is currently not functioning properly.

2nd Dose Notes:   If your child got their first vaccine with us, they automatically have a second appointment scheduled.  We encourage everyone to come on their scheduled day, but your child can come to ANY of the 4 clinic days. In addition, if your child misses their second shot entirely, there will be one make-up day in early January (date and time TBD, likely the first week in January at Guerneville School). These vaccines are also available at your local pharmacies, and you can schedule a first or second vaccine with them if needed.

If your child missed our first vaccine clinics, we will be able to give some first-time vaccines. Please just come to one of the school-based clinics during open hours and we will try to get you in. If you are not able to bring your child, they do need a signed consent form.

Mark your calendars now for these free and optional local opportunities!
