At WCHC, we offer two different “tracks” for counseling/psychotherapy services. First, our Behavioral Health team offers crisis counseling as well as focused short-term therapy for specific behavioral issues. These providers see patients referred by our medical/dental providers for issues such as weight management, smoking cessation, dental anxiety, stress management, and chronic pain issues.

Secondly, we offer a longer-term option of counseling/psychotherapy. This service is available for adolescents and adults who are motivated and capable of benefiting from regular visits with a licensed mental health provider. We see clients with a wide range of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, abuse/trauma issues, domestic violence, panic attacks, HIV/ AIDS issues, relationship problems, gay/ lesbian issues, and life stress management. We are able to work with individuals, couples and/or families.
